For the fastest help, include:
- The email address used for your account
- Your iPhone model and iOS version
- The app version shown at the bottom of Settings
- A short description of what happened
- Screenshots if they do not include private journal text, sensitive military details, or personal information you do not want to share
Subscription Help
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. To cancel, renew, or update payment details, open your Apple App Store account subscription settings.
In the app, go to Settings, then Manage Subscription.
Account Deletion
You can request account deletion in Settings. Open Settings, Edit Account & Tracker, then Delete Account.
