Overview
Military Mom Life Support helps military moms track their service member's journey, receive emotional encouragement, keep private journal entries, and participate in the Mom Circle community.
Information We Collect
The app may collect and store:
- Profile name and account identifiers
- Email address when email sign-in is used
- Service member tracker details such as branch, status, dates, and checklist items
- Mood check-ins and notification preferences
- Private journal entries
- Mom Circle posts, comments, reactions, reports, and blocks
- Profile photo if you choose to upload one
- Apple and RevenueCat subscription, customer, and purchase-history identifiers needed to manage app access and subscription analytics
- Push notification tokens for enabled notification features
If you upload a profile photo, it is stored in a private, owner-scoped Supabase Storage bucket. Retrieval requires an authenticated request permitted by the storage access rules.
How We Use Information
We use this information to:
- Create and secure your account
- Personalize onboarding, mood support, trackers, and reminders
- Sync your app data across devices when cloud sync is connected
- Operate Mom Circle community features
- Process reports and blocks for community safety
- Validate subscription access and provide limited purchase-history analytics through Apple and RevenueCat
- Send local reminders and enabled push notifications
- Respond to support requests
Private Journal
Journal entries are private to your account. They are not shared with Mom Circle members or other app users.
Mom Circle Community
Mom Circle posts, comments, and reactions are community content. They may be visible to other users according to branch and blocking rules. Reports and blocks are used to operate moderation and safety workflows.
Subscriptions And Payments
Subscription access is handled through Apple in-app purchase and RevenueCat. Apple manages payment details. Military Mom Life Support does not store credit card numbers or Apple payment credentials.
Push Notifications
If you enable notifications, the app may store your iOS push token and notification preferences so it can send daily check-ins, milestone reminders, and Circle reply notifications.
Your Choices, Consent, And Deletion
You can revoke consent and control your data at any time:
- Turn notifications off in the app's Settings or in iOS Settings
- Remove your profile photo in Settings
- Delete individual journal entries at any time
- Stop using cloud sync by logging out (this removes your content from the device)
- Delete your account entirely in Settings (see below)
- Email support@militarymomlife.shop for any data request, including a copy or correction of your data
Account Deletion
You can request account deletion in Settings. When cloud sync is connected, deletion removes your Supabase app profile and related app data, requests deletion of the authenticated Supabase user, and clears local app data from the device.
Some records may remain when required for security, legal, fraud prevention, backup retention, or App Store/RevenueCat transaction history. Data that must be retained is kept only as long as required for those purposes.
Third-Party Services
The app shares data with the following service providers only as needed to operate app functionality:
- Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and Edge Functions
- RevenueCat for subscription entitlement management, purchase-history validation, customer history, and subscription analytics
- Apple services for Sign in with Apple, in-app purchase, subscriptions, and push notification delivery
We require that these providers protect your data with the same or equal protection as described in this policy. They process your data to provide their services to the app and are not permitted to use it for their own advertising. We do not sell your data, and the app does not use third-party advertising or tracking.
Children's Privacy
Military Mom Life Support is intended for adult military moms and is not directed to children under 13.
No Medical Or Crisis Service
The app provides emotional support and organization tools. It is not medical, mental health, legal, financial, military operational, or crisis advice.
